This tour operates over 2 days to allow you to plenty of time explore the wonderful Whitsundays, Whitehaven Beach and the Great Barrier Reef.
GSL Aviation's signature 60-minute scenic flight includes in-flight commentary, a guaranteed window seat that showcases the iconic sights of the Whitsunday Islands with spectacular aerial views of the swirling sands of Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach and the famous Heart Reef.

Your day at Whitehaven commences with a direct cruise from Port of Airlie on our fast, stable and modern custom-built catamaran. On arrival you will have access to Whitehaven Beach Club with up to 5 hours beach time. A Buffet lunch will be served on the beach and there is plenty of time to explore this pristine part of the world. Why not take a self-guided walk to South Whitehaven Lookout with magical views of the Whitsunday Islands.

Imagine booking a trip to see the Harbour Bridge and being taken to see Gladesville Bridge instead! That’s exactly what we experienced with GSL Marine. We’d booked to visit the iconic Whitehaven only to be told on the day of our tour there is a change of plans and we’ll be going to Langford island instead. Where is that I hear u ask, well to say it’s a very poor cousin is an understatement. We were dropped off on a tiny sandbar with cabana and a few chairs, not enough for everyone and told that once the tide goes out we can walk to Langford, after waiting a few hours we could finally wade over to the island although not really worth the effort. The bbq lunch wasn’t an option and no paddle boards or activities other than snorkelling were available but it was also $29 to snorkel. Given the huge disappointment u think they could have thrown that in but no that wasn’t offered. I don’t usually do bad reviews but these big companies need to be called out. It’s just not on! I also emailed outlining all the above and I’ve had no reply. Save your money rather than going with these guys!

We had a fly & cruise seaplane package booked with them. Night before I asked them about weather conditions, which where good. On Whitehaven 10min before our scenic flight got cancelled. They offered a flight for the day after, but we couldn't because we had to drive to cairns to drop off our campervan. We could extend it by 1 day but they were not willing to compensate fuel expense, accommodation or any other expenses we had to make. The refund they offered was very poor as they charged ridiculous fares for the parts we did take. Had lunch but they charged 29aud per person. Lunch was not worth that value.

We booked the seaplane tour. It was amazing. The reef was spectacular and we saw Whales. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to do it again. Thankyou GSL.

Very please with the Fly & Cruise - Scenic Flight Package. A very good deal where you get to spend the day at the southern part of Whitehaven beach and flight over the reef for 1 hour on the second day. Staff were very polite and the lunch provided was filling and nice (wrap, bread, potato salad, pasta salad, cheese, ham...you call also buy drinks on the boat and on the beach with staff). I wish the tour guides were more engaging and keeping us posted about lunch time, departure time and so on. I didn't have any problems with this because we stay close to them during the day but I realised that a couple went to sit far away and almost missed lunch time. Maybe a better communication and engaging would have avoided the issue.

AVOID HIRING GSL ADVENTURES!!! They cancelled our ticket the day before at 17.50 (10 minutes before all the other agencies close). We had to run to find another agency to do the tours. After that, we learned that GSL is famous in Airlie Beach for always cancelling tickets.
