Cruise the sheltered waters of Oyster Harbour and the ancient Kalgan River whilst listening to a live and humerous commentary about the history, wildlife and why Albany is the home of ANZAC. With more the eighteen years of us cruising the wildlife has accepted us as part of the eco system. You will get up close and personal at the same time as learning about what you are seeing. The vessel also has a glass bottom.

    Wonderful birdlife and natural views, super informative commentary, relaxed and humorous pace, learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed it!

    A bit late with my review! We did this cruise twice in September 2023. Was hopeful, without any particular expectation, bird photography wise, but was blown away by the opportunities that presented themselves on each of the cruises that we went on. Apart from the birds, the whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The captain, 'Captain Jack', maintained commentary and conversation throughout and was both knowledgeable and entertaining. The refreshments that were included, tea or coffee and homemade damper, together with local strawberries and honey, were very welcome. Again, I would highly recommend!

    As per usual first class. Excellent commentary. Damper very tasty. Fourth trip on this tour. Highly recommend. Well worth the money. A perfect way to spend half a day.

    Highly recommend this tour. Jack is passionate about his boat and tour and makes it a very enjoyable experience. We saw sea eagles, osprey, and other water birds along with dolphins and a seal. The family of pelicans at the jetty is the closest I’ve come to these majestic birds. Hot drinks, oysters, strawberries and savory damper are all part of the experience. Jack was very mindful of our comfort- it was cold in the wind, shutting or opening window blinds as needed. Well done Jack.
