    Our experience started off mostly well. We met the owner, who was the driver in the morning. He was very kind. The bus was easy to find. And it was less busy than the other tour busses so it was nice to not have to fight with the crowds (but they did say they were super busy during summer.) Of course the open top deck is a wonderful option if that's for you, which I didn't see any other company have. We met two other drivers throughout the day, all who were very nice. But now for the con. Timing. In the morning, we didn't leave on time. We left a good 5-10 minutes late. They go to Lake Louise first. The shuttle we caught from Lake Louise to Lake Moraine I believe left on time, but I'm not positive. To be honest, I think it probably left about 5 minutes late also but I wasn't actively paying attention. Then the one from Lake Moraine didn't even arrive until 5-10 minutes after it was supposed to. Then didn't leave for another 5+ minutes after that. This may not sound like an issue for some of you, and that's great. But it is for me. When you're on vacation and on a time schedule (they only show up and leave from each location once an hour and at a set time) and you as the traveler either rush to make sure you're on time for the bus and/or have your day planned very specifically because you're on a time schedule (not in your own vehicle with no time restraint) and then the bus (that you went out of your way to make sure you were on time for) isn't on time/ doesn't leave on time themselves, it's pretty insulting and frustrating. Not to mention, the day we went we got rained on and snowed on even. So by the end of our last hike we ended up very wet and cold. We rushed to make sure we were back in time for the bus, and we were very much ready to get back and get dry and warm. Instead we got left standing outside in the cold, wet weather while waiting an extra 10 minutes for the van to even show up and another 5+ for it to leave (after everyone was already on board. Literally no idea what we were waiting for at that point.) And yes we had proper clothing for the rain and snowy weather but the 10-15 minutes of standing still in the cold, after already being wet, THAT'S when your body really starts to feel the cold. Now I understand things happen and this is a company trying to operate with lots of various factors. Everyone was kind and the buses were clean and I would overall likely recommend them to someone (but I would warn them also.) But to me the running late and leaving late when everyone has already boarded and we're just sitting there is unacceptable. If we as the customer go out of our way to make sure we're on time (this meant literally running back down the mountain from our hike, twice, to make sure that we weren't stuck waiting an extra hour doing nothing) then you as the company offering the service should definitely make sure you're running on time as well! I admit, if it had been a beautiful, warm, sunny day I likely wouldn't have cared AS much, but I definitely still would been bothered based on the premise of it all. So there you have it. Mostly good but with a warning. I'm pretty sure it was the same price as the other buses too so I guess you can choose which factors you want to deal with. As with all things in life, there are pros and cons to everything.

    All was hopeless. Roam was sold out and I thought we would have to wait to see the two lakes until next visit/never. Then I saw the private shuttles listed on banfflakelouise.com. Wowbanff was the most reasonable proice and online reviews were great so we went with it. Not too difficult to find the Wowbanff tent at the ski lodge parking because all the shuttles leave from the same lot. The ticket lady was well organized, had our names on the clip board and was friendly. Pierre was our driver and made lots of jokes to inform and also put us at ease.Best way to go!

    Prior to our trip to Banff, we had researched what we thought to be all of the options for seeing/touring Lake Louise and Lake Moraine if we had a rental car. We found nothing that met our needs or our budget. Once in Banff, our hotel concierge immediately recommended the Wow Banff HOHO. The price was right and the options were perfect. The experience the day of the tour was exactly as the concierge had described. We couldn't have been happier with what Wow Banff has to offer and would recommend them to anyone wanting a well-priced, full experience option for seeing Lake Louise and Lake Moraine.

    I was a little hesitant with the previous reviews however this was a very well-operated tour bus. They were timely, friendly, and gave great recommendations. My family and I sat on the top of the double decker- it was cold at the start of the day but we bundled up and enjoyed the scenic views. Plenty of seats inside and outside (we went in September). Great option to get a ride and then explore at your own pace!

    We would like to personally thank the gentleman and lady in the park and ride station. We arrived not realising we had to pre book the bus from the car park to be able to visit lake Louise and Moraine lake. We arrived and parked to be informed no avail e seats at all that day, after speaking with the wow team they were very helpful to try and book seats on another day. When we mentioned we were passing through and unable to re visit they did their best to help and looked at their seating for that day. To our joy they put us on the next available bus. We couldn’t thank them enough as this totally made our day complete. Thank you so much for squeezing us in we had the best day.
