The provider did not communicate or follow thru well. They took my money in August 2023 for an April 2024 tour but did not let me know that my hotel (Grand Hyatt) was not on their pick up list. I tried reaching them by phone and WhatsApp the day before the tour and received no response. The trip was beware booked through Expedia so buyer

We booked this excursion to Petra and were supposed to go 29th March. We tried contacting them two days before the trip to confirm pick up location but could not get hold of them. Our ticket said to wait in our hotel lobby and we would be collected. We got to the hotel lobby early and we waited and waited and waited. no-one showed up. We tried contacting them but the phone number listed on the ticket was not a valid number as it had been disconnected. We also tried contacting them by e-mail and facebook and got blanked. It is now the end of July and we are still waiting for the refund for the excursion that we paid for but did not get. So far all we have had is lots of excuses from the on line booking agent (Expedia) and being fobbed off. Renaissance Viaggi have been incontactable and it looks like they have no intention of giving us a refund for the service they took money for but did not provide. Expedia have been pretty useless too and have washed their hands of the whole thing as they have not managed to get a refund out of Renaissance Viaggi and we are out of pocket for an excursion we paid for but never received.
