Overview

Seasonal all inclusive experience. Only 6 weeks is the flowering time of hyacinths, daffodils and tulips! Book now to see endless rows of flowers that bloom only in March and April.

The small group experience feels like a private tour. We come at places where no tourbusses can come. Also we will visit a tulip bulb farmer where we can walk in the fields.

When the group is complete, we do a short introduction.
From Amsterdam we drive west to the bulb region. Through rural roads we see the flower fields left and right. We stop a few times to take beautiful pictures. On the way I tell stories about the tulip fields and how the farmers grow them. We are going to places where no tour busses can come!
Halfway we have a coffee stop with Dutch apple pie at a unique place.

From there we drive back through the tulip fields to Amsterdam. Water is available in the car. Coffee/apple pie is included.

Best time to view the fields 7th-30 th of April

THE PERFECT way to see the tulips with a local guide who is knowledgeable of the local area taking you to fields that are not full of other people as well as a private viewing on one farm that also has great apple pie for everyone The small group of like minded people also makes the tour relaxing

Leander was a knowledgeable friendly guide, had a lot of fun, enjoyed the amazing tulip fields and windmill tour. Dutch Apple pie was superb as well.

What an incredible experience! Seeing the flower fields up close and personal is breathtaking, and going on a tour with Leander away from the crowds really makes for a special experience. We really learned a lot about the process of tulip farming, the history of tulips in The Netherlands, and the cultural impact. Also if you ask very nicely he might take some very excellent photos of you with the flowers!! A wonderful morning trip!

Leander was a great tour guide. We visited several local tulip farms and had access to walk through the fields and take lots of beautiful pictures. He gave us lots of information about Amsterdam, tulip variations, and the fascinating intricacies of tulip farming. He also treated us to homemade Dutch Apple pie and coffee at one of the farms. I highly recommend this tour!
