All hikes are private and tailored to you to make a unforgettable experience. Your guide will explain the history and geology of the canyon while we eat delicious snacks and wonder through the rocks. I take great pride in making sure your adventure will deliver dreams!

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

This is arguably the best hike on the planet. The trail we take is facing the sunset the entire hike and we will choose the perfect place for you to see sunset, depending on your hiking level. Our world famous Canyon Chicken Wrap Awaits you for dinner at the best dinner spot on Earth. Best food in grand canyon above or below the rim. We will see the Golden Hour before sunset where the canyon’s colors really explode. After dinner and enjoying the canyon, we will hike up to the ideal spot to see the sunset's pastels and beautiful canyon shadows. This is the widest and most beautiful part of Grand canyon known as “the heart of the canyon.” We will take your camera and get amazing photos the entire trip. We enjoy finishing the final part of the hike by headlamp at night. This is everybody’s favorite part of the trip but you are welcome to request getting out before dark. . Animals come out at dusk and we will be hunting for scorpions with our black light. This is all inclusive and each customer will get a giant snack back with lots of goodies to fuel us out of the canyon. You will only do this once in your life, make the dream come true.

We will coordinate a proper pickup time for the time of the year your hike falls on. We will call within 48 hours to set up your time and place of pickup. We have free pick up from Williams, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon in our clean Honda Odysseys. We do NOT pickup in Sedona as that is too far away. The drive from Sedona to GC is about 2 hours.

John was an amazing tour guide, he was very prepared for everything we needed or may have needed. We went as a family of four and it was memorable and a highlight for all of us. John showed us all the amazing view points of the canyon and took pictures that we love and can look back on forever! I would highly recommend this to anyone/any age. We had the most amazing time!

Jon was incredibly prepared, entertaining, professional, and encouraging. He is a genuinely good person and offered water to non-group members who were struggling. My teens said this hike was their favorite part of our trip. Climbing out of the canyon at sunset and moonrise will stay with us all forever.

WOW...I can't believe it's been one week since we hiked the Grand Canyon with our two grown daughters. To see the Grand Canyon from the Rim is an awe inspiring view, BUT to actually hike down into its majestic vastness and truly see its beauty, is a once in a lifetime memory or for me, it was addressing my fear of heights....UGH... I can not find the words to express how SAFE I felt with Jon. His experience, guidance AND ability to read the situation made the day. Providing all the tools needed for a successful and enjoyable hike (we are novices) has spawned a new desire to "get out there and HIKE." We also witnessed Jon's compassion as a really decent human being. He offered water/hydration to fellow hikers on the trail who were looking a bit 'stressed'. This hike is hard work and not being prepared can lead to serous consequences. Thank goodness we were able to enjoy this family memory with a true profession. The photos we were able to get during our trip down (and up) are not only proof we enjoyed ourselves, but I have our Christmas card ready to go:). Thanks again Jon for everything....you and your company are the BEST!!!
