Everything was fine until we arrived at Acropoli, and we got off the bus at the exit of Acropoli, we got lost and never found where the bus station was.

We choose the Pireus, Glyfada and Astir Beach option and It has been worth it. 5th star missing only because the last bus had 30 mins of delay (guess due to the traffic). However, a special mention goes to Sohrab: we met this superfriendly/supportive sales guy that sold us the tickets. He made everything to make our experience enjoyable, from the tailored tickets (discount+full tour+flexible day) to sharing his number with me for any eventual need (that I actually had the day after). Precious. 🙏

Unorganized . We took this from the cruise ship to have a tour of Athens. We were told at the cruise terminal that the bus would make a round trip and return to the port in 2-3 hours. Did not happen. The bus began making circle tours continuously. The only way back to the port was to change buses. The brochure is difficult to understand. We ended up getting off and taking a taxi back to the port. Never again!

Although it covers the same spots, the frequency of the buses are every 30 minutes for the city and much more for the other lines. It was cheap but that impacts the frequency of the buses.

Horrible experience. We have booked several events with you in Athens,Greece this week and if the entire week goes like this, we will never use Viatar again and warn as many people as possible not to as well. and to catch a hop on hop off bus. The instructions were very misleading. When we finally called , someone told us to look for the sign for the bus company(Greyline) which did not exist at the pick up point. Here are the vague, confusing and misleading instructions from YOUR email. “Departure point: Syntagma Square” “ Cruise Ships Terminal” “ address: 2, Syntagma Square” Hop-on hop-off tour with stops near cruise port Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions” Who could figure out where to find the bus. We were NO WHERE NEAR-any cruise port, the was no sign at this location that stated Grayline. Worst experience we have ever had.
