Let me take you on a journey of local Greek authentic tastings while strolling in the off-the-beaten-path areas of the lovely city of Piraeus.
Our food tour kicks off with a koulouri and spanakopita and continues with pastourma, cheese, olives, fresh fruit, halva, seated lunch where you will discover delicious fresh cooked tastings & bites of Greek culture, souvlaki and will end with a delicious dessert.
I will guide you through the market where locals make their shopping and introduce you to vendors of favorite shops where you can purchase your likings or come back later at your own pace.
You will gain insight into Greece's fascinating culinary traditions and the healthy nature of locally produced, organic ingredients.
By the end of our tour, a new friendship is bound to blossom between you and the rest of the group as we eat, drink and laugh discovering local made wine, the famous ouzo or tsipouro/raki for the more daring.
We provide vegetarian and gluten free options.

Quick photo stop to admire one of the largest Byzantine Orthodox Churches with impressive architecture.

What a great tour! Dina was a fantastic guide and the food that she picked for us to sample was delicious and plentiful - we were stuffed! The information that she shared about her city and country was very interesting and helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

Dina was a wonderful guide. She had so many stops for us to see and taste special dishes and snacks. It was a great experience in Athens and do close to the cruise port.

Dina is such a bright personality and highly motivated guide, she won't disappoint..Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Dina, with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start, the tour was extremely cultural & yummy. I truly enjoyed these delicious restaurants...hidden gems in the port land of Piraeus. My favourite was the spankopita accompanied by a local beer. We also took the opportunity to take amazing photos around the Zea Marina. I highly recommend this food tour

This tour was the highlight of our Piraeus stopover. By the end of the tour everyone was full of food and knowledge and Greek food has now become my favorite! Will go back home and try to cook some of the tastings as Dina shared the recipes. Yummy! We brought our little 1 year old along and Dina was amazing in making sure we were comfortable and attended to all our needs while we grown ups relaxed and ate a lot! Wonderful area to explore even with a stroller!
