From International Airport Auckland - After customs / immigration formalities ,please turn left towards - Pre booked transport at the Arrivals Meet and Greet area and our driver will be waiting for you with the Name Board ( which is in front of VODAFONE Shop inside the Airport terminal) and shall escort you to our cars and also assist you with luggage.

From Port of Auckland- Either from Queens or Princess Wharf - to Auckland Airport

From any of our Auckland downtown hotels to Auckland Airport.

My driver was very good. I was super stressed because my luggage did not arrive and he had to wait a long time while I made a claim. He tried to reassure me that my luggage would arrive. He was a safe and timely driver which I appreciated after my luggage fiasco.

Transfer from Auckland airport to hotel was quick and efficient. Roger was an excellent driver who gave us loads of information and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Roger provided absolute first class service. Greeted us upon arrival just as promised. Helped us with our luggage and had much needed waters waiting for us in the very comfortable car. He was also early at our hotel for our transfer to the train station at the end of our stay in Auckland. Again, first class service all the way. Very friendly and amiable with good advice on things to do and see. Additionally, he was great with emailing so that we could arrange our travel plans. I cannot recommend him enough and will be certain to use this service when next we are in Auckland. Roger—many many thanks for the peace of mind and great service!
