A person was waiting for me in front of the gangway. His language skills in english were quite poor, but at least he did what he needed to do, brought me to the fast track, waited for me, that's what it was about!

Didn’t happen. This was not aLa Vacanza Travels fault as an idiotic “influencer” filmed in the immigration area and the fasttrack was closed. Where La Vacanza Travel fell down was the aftercare. They did advise it was closed but follow up contact or refund(at the time of writing this review) has arrived.

We arrived from Finland at Bangkok which we paid USD 100 for pick up at the Bangkok airport by Mercedes-Benz. Ended up we had to wait for more than 15mins for pick up and an "unexpected" van instead of Mercedes-Benz. This is very annoying & disappointing. A total ridiculously unpleasant experience with TOUR EAST Bangkok.

Did this to get through quickly, and didn't end up needing it as it was pretty empty at the time our plane arrived. Had heard many horror stories about the lines here, but just lucked out. As far as the service went, they were very professional and did a good job.

I was delayed in Cebu due to the volcano eruption in Philippines. All flights cancelled to Bangkok from Manila. I sent messages to this company and also expected them to know flights are cancelled as it was clearly showing on the board that it was! It was also on the news all flights cancelled as it was a major event. The agent rang whilst I was waiting in the airport for the next available flight and said I was a no show and I said the flights are cancelled, he said ah yes we should have seen that I will tell the office. I turned up on the same flight same number the next day (first flight out of Manila) and no one was there. Asked for a refund and they said NO due to the fact I didn't turn up on the flight the day before. How could I if all flights were cancelled! Not good. John
