The check in process was a breeze, hassle free. The welcome reception was well organized and the drink and appetizer a plus. Sitting arrangement despite the cruise being full booked was well coordinated by staff, no rushing, no pushing, and rubbing elbows with other guests. The food was well presented and the wait staff was concerned with my guests taste/allergies before serving. My friends who were celebrating their 30th anniversary were very impressed with the whole experience.

Beautiful dinner, the food and the staff were amazing! Literally would have been a 5 out of 5 but the only slight let down I had was the views. Part of the experience was to see the views but as the boat was low to the sea floor we only saw the top of some buildings, some were banks, bridges and shopping centres which didn’t meet my expectations but all in all the night was perfect!

We deeply regret this choice. This Cruise is a complete rip-off. The food is totally bad. The food served was not half or even a quarter of the price. The dishes served were generally mediocre. 100€ is a lot of money for bad food, especially in Thailand. We had dined the day before at a Michelin-starred establishment, and it was a festival of flavors for the same price. Of course, the junk is very pretty and the cruise on the river is pleasant, but it's not worth a third of the price. The wines served were also mediocre. The chardonnay was too acidic, the rose far too mineral and the Californian red, a cabernet sauvignon variety, just acceptable. The service was junior, with people who don't know much about the hotel business, even though our waiter was very nice. What's more, they forgot my wife's birthday even though I had indicated it twice, when booking and at the boarding desk, where my interlocutor confirmed that it had been taken into account. All this is not serious and I can only recommend avoiding this establishment which wastes your time and money. I would add that payment is made in full in advance, several weeks in our case, with no possibility of cancellation.

When I say this is next level service I’m NOT over exaggerating. Micky and Unif were very attentive to our needs. They both made sure our expectations were exceeded. 10/10 on service. The food, WOW!!!! I have had a lot of great meals in my life.. this is definitely on the top of the list for me. I tried so many new things and the mixture of flavors was a great experience. This dinner cruise is one of my favorite things I got to experience in Thailand and I would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a romantic dinner to see the beautiful sites at night all lit up!!
