With a My Thai Cooking class you'll experience authentic Thai food culture and cuisine first hand, from selecting the right ingredients too cooking and of-course eating delicious Thai food.

 

A private class lets you get the most out of your Thai culinary experience with personal focus, privacy and flexible options.

 

You get to choose which Thai dishes to cook from our extensive menu, whether you want a morning, afternoon or evening session and if you wish it to also include a tour to an authentic local Thai market.

 

A class usually takes from 3 to 4 hours, depending on Thai dishes selected and if you want to visit a local Thai market.

 

You just need to bring an appetite for Thai food and a sense of adventure, all ingredients, Thai herbal drinks/water/refreshments, cooking recipes, local market tour (optional) and meeting point pickup/drop-off are included.

Private cooking class where you will learn how to cook 4 authentic Thai dishes from A to Z in a cozy and informal air-conditioned cooking environment.

 

The class also include the option of visiting an authentic Thai fresh food market to experience genuine Thai market traditions as well as getting a sense of Thai everyday life.

 

Cooking with us you will enjoy fresh, natural and healthy food and whether you prefer vegetables, fish, shrimp, pork, chicken or beef, we have plenty of tasty and delicious Thai dishes available for you to learn.

 

Our extensive menu of authentic Thai dishes also include a wide selection of Thai desserts, Vegan and Vegetarian options.

It was interesting to visit a local market and shop for the ingredients. Our teacher was friendly and we had a lot of fun while cooking. The foods tasted delicious! The kitchen was extremely clean and fresh ingredients. We had nice time while talking with the family also. We got the recipes and I’m definetely going to make these at home to my friends & family.

My wife and I so enjoyed our time with Mam at My Thai Cooking. Mam first took us to the market near her home to purchase ingredients for the lunch we made together. The market itself is such a sensory delight, full of unfamiliar colors, sounds, and smells and without a tourist in sight. Cooking with Mam at her home was both comfortable and lots of fun. It felt like we were cooking with someone we had known for a long time. We were also grateful for the recipes Mam sent us after our lunch—we plan on doing our best to replicate our delicious meal at home! I highly recommend that you cook with Mam on your next trip to Bangkok rather than going to one of the larger and more impersonal cooking schools.

Our cooking class was awesome! We loved going to the local market first and then learning how to cook several special Thai dishes. We enjoyed preparing the meal (with lots of help) and of course we loved eating our creations. In addition since we were in Bangkok for the lantern festival we bought the materials to make our own lantern to launch (again with lots of help). Our lantern was truly authentic!

Mam was the best cooking teacher! We met Mam and walked through a local market that's not very known to foreigners. It really felt like an authentic, local experience to grab ingredients for our cooking class. We went to her home where we had our private cooking class and learned how to make 4 new dishes of our choice. Food was fantastic, and we cooked with new Thai vegetables that we've never heard of/tried before! Such a knowledgeable, fun, cooking class. Would recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to make Thai food!

The instructor was very kind and fun. I learned a lot in the class and can replicate the recipes in my own home now. The market tour was also very interesting. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or even do it again (with different dishes).
