We had to change our transfer time the day before departure and the company was very responsive with a return call and accommodating.
We ordered this pick up service from and to the airport. The first driver did not speak to us at all throughout the entire trip. Our second driver was running late but did call us to let us know that in advance and was pleasant and engaging during our drive to the airport. Both vehicles were very clean and spacious for the 4 of us to travel in.
On time. Friendly driver. Safe driver. Made for a very easy travel day. Certainly reduced early morning travel stress!
Driver was late. There is a lot of traffic in Barcelona and a taxi driver has to know that and be on time or heaven forbid a few minutes early. Unreliable service.
