It was a mesmerising tour, Bath and Stonehenge. The highlight of this unforgettable day was probably lunch in a wonderful restaurant on the way to Stonehenge.

We absolutely loved our Bath and Stonehenge tour with Daniel!! He was personal, funny, full of knowledge and an amazing tour guide. We had one of the best times in England with Daniel, we highly recommend him for anyone wanting to explore and learn about Bath and the beautiful area around it.

Daniel was fantastic from the moment I first emailed until the moment he dropped us off. First off, he is very knowledgeable and a local Bathonian. He knows the ins and outs of Bath and its surrounds. A surprise stop for an impromptu breakfast in a 700 year old inn that was fantastic is one of the few surprises we got throughout our trip. Second, the booking process was great. He was patient with questions, helpful with all the answers, and we actually finalized our plans while he was on his own vacation! Third, he is genuinely pleasant to be around (which is so important!). We loved talking about England, sports, traveling, and of course Bath and Stonehenge! He made our last day in England truly memorable.

OMG Dan was awesome! Take this tour! Dan is a knowledgeable native. He gives a multimedia tour of Bath and Stonehenge starting from 860 BC through to modern filming crews in Bath. As the three of us strolled though Bath, Dan covered the growth of this resort town through the centuries. He stopped at a doorway then showed us a clip from Brigerton filmed there; the bridge where Russel Crowe jumps to his death in Les Miserables; and the clip of a runaway delivery truck damaging that same bridge “; a picture of WWII damage to the Francis Hotel; the significance of pigs and acorns seen around town. He covers it all from the Roman baths to Georgian society to Jane Austen scenes to famous people who visited Bath to where you get the best fudge. We then drove out of Bath to lunch at a wonderful pub on our way to Stonehenge. Once again Dan easily summarized the current theories of the meaning of this mystical place and the surrounding burial mounds. You won’t regret spending the day with Dan. He even gave me, the trip organizer ,a gift!
