Our day trip was so good! Thank you very much to all involved who organised everything. We were picked up at 9:30 from our hotel which was a much better pick up time than what we'd initially thought it'd be. An hour and a half later we arrived at the canyoning spot. Everything was available to buy/rent so we bought a couple of pairs of water shoes and rented a couple of wet suits. If you don't mind swimming in a pair of your shoes/trainers, then there's no need to buy any. Reasonable price though (€10). Then, our small group (11 of us) were driven by jeep pat beautiful scenes to our starting point. Immediately, we were directed by our guide to get in the water and wade/swim. For the beginning of April, the temperature was fine! We did about 35 mins of swimming, sliding over rocks, and wading, before climbing rocks back to the jeep. Next was the rafting. Our guide was such an entertainer! Clear instructions were given and off we went down some fantastic white waters. The river and canyon were stunning. We had a stop for an optional zip wire (€10 each). And then back in the ready, paddling back to the start point where there are showers and changing cubicles available. Lunch (a late one at this point) was served before we were taken back to the hotel. Our 9 and 11 year olds loved the experience, though the climbing was a little more challenging than they'd expected.

Really really disappointing. When we arrived (in a bus full of drunk, high people) we were advised canyoning was not happening and hasn't happened this year. We were told to choose from jeep safari, quad biking or zip lining to replace. We reluctantly chose jeep safari (reluctantly as we had a full day jeep safari the day before) it was literally 10 min in jeep safari. The rafting was good but not worth a 10 hour day to spend 1hr15 min rafting. We had no idea when booking that we would have to wait around for people to do all the activities (quad, jeep, zip line and rafting) before our bus left Others who attended did have this information. Their tour operator had informed them so they were aware and able to decide if they wanted to do enough activities to warrant the trip. They weren't offered the non existent canyoning that we booked either. "lunch" was nice but not served until 4pm... By which point we were starving If we had known that the majority of day would be waiting around we could have at least bought snacks and books etc with us for entertainment... Or more likely chosen a different excursion where we could have just done the rafting and returned Really disappointing to waste a whole day waiting around of 6 day holiday Tourmania needs to stop selling excursion that no longer run as they advertise. Similar happened the day before when we booked jeep safari to Waterfall and the tour didn't take us to a Waterfall!!! That day was really good though so we didn't complain... But still, total misadvertising

Exhilarating trip, walking, climbing over boulders and swimming through canyon then floating/swimming along river under Roman bridge water very cold but invigorating . After that we did the rafting down 13 km or so of calm/white water.The 6 in our party ranged from 5 to 59 all enjoyed and would do again ( although would say 5 year old found water very cold even with wetsuit) we bought waterproof phone cases, which worked well, we managed to get some good photos/video staff were very helpful/friendly, lunch also good

We had great fun canyoning and white water rafting. There is a great mix of wading and swimming through the canyon, followed by a gentle floating downstream underneath an ancient Roman bridge. The rafting was a lot of fun and there were opportunities to swim at this point too. We stopped for gözleme partway which was a much needed and tasty break. Our instructors were fun throughout but also made sure we were safe. The lunch was very tasty and felt especially good after the exercise! Two things to note: - There was a stop for a break on the way up for about 15 minutes which we didn't understand as most of our tour spoke German. - The water can get very cold! You have the opportunity to rent a wet suit if you don't want to experience this. I did not and honestly it was fine, you're only ever submerged for at most 10 minutes.
