Brilliant experience with my family which included my 4 year old great niece, who absolutely loved it: she found it exciting and didn't want to leave. I know we will come back again and again. The staff were brilliant and helpful. My only criticism is there not being a sign saying exactly where to queue for the cafe. The staff were brilliant but at busy times there is no instruction or sign as to where you should actually queue.

Had to queue to get in.had to queue for the ride, priority given to those who paid extra to jump the the queue(they didn't appear to ill or disabled. The entry system was via a lift again a queue

My grandson who is. 7 had a good time . Although I was disappointed with the size of the place , and the amount of activities available . We got a discounted rate , but I wouldn’t have been happy paying the full price . There are 2 rides , a soft play area, various LEGO stations, a 4D cinema and a small cafe and shop . The small LEGO workshop was £5 and you built a very small car , There was a Virtual Reality ride which was an extra £7 each . We didn’t about 2 and a half hours in there .. don’t expect to be there much longer .

Not worth the money. Once the kids did the 4D movie, the soft play, the main ride and see the models there is pretty nothing to do after that. I found it was a waste of money for what was paid for and I was underwhelmed. The LegoStore Gift shop was rubbish so we ended up going Lego Store in the Bullring which was best. Overall found the experience a waste of money and rubbish. For what you pay, I expected more.

There was plenty to do here in a bright and well designed environment. The children enjoyed the film and the rides, but the whole thing was rather overpriced. £92 for the four of us and some things would have been extra on top of that. Fortunately we were not restricted to two hours: if we had been it would have been very frustrating, as we had to queue for rides and the 4D cinema. One major omission was the complete lack of signs for people walking from New Street Station. We ended up walking the wrong way around the large convention centre, when we could have had a shorter route. To encourage people to use public transport, this should be rectified. I would suggest visiting early or, as we did, staying to closing time, when it is less crowded.
