Day of reservation instructions:
Meetup Time: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your booked time.
Parking: If you're driving, there's public parking available at the given Drop-off/Pick-up location. It's recommended to park here and meet your guide.
Introduction & Safety Briefing:
- Upon arrival, your guide will provide a safety briefing and an overview of the tour route.
- You'll also receive a tutorial on how to safely operate the e-scooters provided for your exploration.
- A link to your trail’s map will be provided by your guide as well
- Before your adventure begins the contact information (phone #), of a designated group leader, will need to be exchanged with the tour guide in order to keep an open line of communication throughout your exploration. This will ensure that any questions, concerns, or updated ETA’s will be known by both parties at all times.

Enjoy the 17-mile-long urban preserve and public recreation area, soaking in the beauty and charm of Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, and Newton, Massachusetts. The Charles River Reservation consists if 3 sections:
Charles River Basin:
Immersing yourself in the bustling energy of Greater Boston as you explore the Charles River Basin. Take in iconic landmarks such as the Esplanade and the Hatch Memorial Shell. Enjoy the scenic views of the skyline.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Upper Charles West:
Follow the meandering path as it winds through Cambridge, Watertown, and Newton. Along the way, take breaks to admire the tranquil waters and lush greenery of the surrounding landscape.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Upper Charles East:
Where the urban landscape gives way to more natural surroundings. Explore hidden gems and secluded spots along the riverbanks as you make your way through Boston and Cambridge.
