Inspired by Hollywood Movies and TV that have brought to life America's infamous prison stories, Alcotraz is London's first immersive theatrical cocktail bar. From the orange jumpsuits upon entrance, to the real metallic cells, Alcotraz becomes the perfect backdrop to a drink within an epic yet intimate environment. You won’t find a set menu of drinks here…after all, it is prison! The working inmates of Alcotraz will be serving unique, personalised cocktails behind bars using the liquor that visiting convicts will have smuggled in and your personal tastes. As new inmates you can expect to see your illegally smuggled liquor combined with liqueurs, bitters and homemade syrups to make bespoke, contemporary and classic cocktails perfect for your time behind bars. Be as creative as you can with your attempts to smuggle-in liquor. Alternatively, Inmate Cassidy has got the Guards on your side who have their own system for hiding contraband. Just make sure the Warden doesn’t catch you.

We went into the experience not really knowing what it was, but very pleased to say it was an incredible time. The actors are amazing and super funny, the cocktails were beautiful and tasty. Would 100% recommend this experience.

What a experience from start to finish the staff was in character! We was a hen party and all said had one of the best nights by far! Group interaction! Drinks on point overall can not rate this enough! You have to give it a go! Inmate super noodles checking out 😊

Alcotraz at Brighton is by far the best thing I have ever done. From start to finish the whole experience was absolutely fantastic!! Stanley was the best character ever! WE LOVE YOU STANLEY WE DO!!! Cassidy played the role brilliantly. Thornycroft was super and was amazing at taking our pictures! The warden was scary and fun and played the role amazingly!! The bar staff who made our drinks were absolutely lovely and the cocktails were delicious I have recommended this venue to everyone!! We had the best time.

UNREAL! From start to finish this was by far the best thing I’ve ever done! Came for a Hen Do of 6 girls. From the first greeting we were giggling to tears and fell in love with the characters! Special shout out to Caz our fellow inmate aka ‘the smuggler!’ for helping get our drinks into the joint! The Drinks were sooo good! Every cocktail tasted amazing and went down very easy! Everyone here played their part so well, your sucked into the moment every time they speak and can’t help but get involved with a character of your own!! Our experience was incredible and we were gutted to leave! Another shout out to our prison officers who were both fab and sooo funny! Especially our Stanley!! STANLEY FOR WARDEN! (Stanley Gawn Bayd..!!) A*****
