After booking what I understood to be a RETURN service (JFK to Manhattan) and sending inbound/outbound details directly to Rydei Gigs, receiving a confirmatory reply, on collection at JFK I was told it was only one way!! I complained, to be told to refer it to La Vacanza Travel. All I would say they have not been interested in any service recovery gesture and I would urge anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. The $125 I paid one way could just as well have been done with the $69 Lyft I used for the return trip.
