Trip and views were excellent. Staff at main counter and afterwards were friendly and professional. Cannot fault. BUT... Needs to be mentioned that when we were waiting for our flight, the owner of the business was shouting at one of his staff members. It was absolutely disgusting how he spoke to this poor girl, not only as a human being but as your staff member. For all the customers to hear. So do I want to (a) trust this business if this is how the management run the business (b) do i want to support a person who treats his staff this way. Let me just say, the way this guy shouted at this girl and what he said. I would take legal action if I was her. Also worth mentioning, although the pilot was friendly and it was a good flight, his comments were fairly racist when describing our views below. All in all. Had a wonderful time, but I would personally look at other business's if they offer the same flight.
The views were amazing, and the pilot was very good. We took many photos and videos, and they we web took photos of us together of the helicopter. Also they had champagne for us after the flight, very highly recommended.

We loved it! From the moment we came in the office from the moment we left, the service was great. The flight was beautiful! We took a private one, and got a big helicopter for the price of a small one. The pilot explained everything and was very kind. After the flight we got a bottle of bubbles to celebrate the flight and my boyfriends birthday. Nothing than loving words for the crew and the Helicopter Tour! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
We had the pleasure of experiencing Cape Town from the sky and although the weather wasn’t great, they made our experience well worth it! Our pilot was amazing! He gave a great tour and explanation to everything we saw. We highly recommend this experience.
