The Matadi Team was great helping with an alternative to the tour I had initially booked, which was to another game reserve. The day trip to Aquila was very enjoyable, and we saw 4 of the Big 5 plus giraffs, ostriches, and many others. Our driver was also very accommodating by taking my luggage with us to drop me off at a different hotel upon returning to Cape Town in the evening.

After I gave my ticket to the operator and they got us all set then they start trying to put other people with us and it was already 8 of us and we said we paid for Private and the guy said no you didn't you want Private you have to pay more. I said our ticket said Private and La Vacanza Travel said it was private but he said no, no, you just paid for tour so I ask him how much for Private he said $2800 for 8 people and I paid it so we could keep moving but I was so upset that we had to pay more when we specifically ask La Vacanza Travel for Private. I was too upset to enjoy the tour. I even ask him to look at the ticket again and he said no it don't say Private.
