    The driver was very helpful with loading on and off for our luggage. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, not to mention that it has charging ports and they have Wi-Fi.

    My flight arrived on time. I picked up my luggage and looked for the driver. I saw people waiting with signs picking up passengers from my flight. My driver was not there. I waited and waited, I even asked the other representative and drivers, and finally asked for help to call the agency because they did not respond to my Whatsapp calls and messages. The agency then called the driver and he showed up. He drove me to the wrong hotel. I had to tell him that it was not my hotel and gave him the address. He even called his office to confirm I was right. It would have been better for me to take a taxi. I would have arrived earlier and without the stress. Later on, someone from the office finally sent me a whatsapp apologizing, but it was too late for it. Next time I would take a taxi, easier, faster and reliable.

    Had a amazing pick up and drop off from the airport and back. Nice spacious vehicle with all the features like Wi-Fi and cup holders. Fantastic service from this provider.

    We booked a pickup from Cape Town Airport in December and received very good service. The driver was already there waiting when we arrived. The vehicle was very spacious and modern with Wi-Fi and charging ports and we where able to tell our family back home that we are fine and safe which made a very big difference. Would recommend this provider if you want peace of mind.
