When booking our service, kindly provide us with your WhatsApp number, so that your driver can contact you beforehand to confirm the meeting point at the airport or your hotel, for your convenience.

If you require airport pick-up service, please provide us with your flight number and arrival time. Please note that our driver will normally pick you up one hour after your flight's arrival time, as it takes about an hour to clear customs and security check.

We kindly request you to provide us with the precise information regarding your arrival flight and departure flight, along with your Chengdu hotel details in Chengdu if you stay at Chengdu downtown area.

If you require a transfer service from your Chengdu downtown hotel to the airport, kindly ensure you leave ample time between hotel pickup and your flight's departure, considering possible traffic congestion during peak hours. Please provide us with your planned pick-up time in advance, to facilitate clear communication with your driver.

If you require a private transfer to a location outside of Chengdu downtown area, kindly confirm the extra expense with us in advance, and pay the local driver directly in cash.

This tour has the booking options for arrival flight transfer from Chengdu Tianfu International airport or Chengdu Shuangliu International airport to the hotel at Chengdu downtown area, and the booking option for the departure flight transfer from the hotel at Chengdu downtown area to Chengdu Chengdu Tianfu International airport or Chengdu Shuangliu International airport. Please offer us your flight and hotel information at the time when you make the booking.
