What a great experience from start to finish. The staff and masseuse are top notch professionals. Masseuse was highly skilled. The ambiance is just perfect....and the coffee shop/restaurant had beautiful, delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend!
I came to Fah Lanna as I was looking for a true spa experience, not just the the off the street massage services and treatments offered by the small laneway shops. I knew I would be paying more for the experience and I was happy to do so. The service and treatments I received in four hours would have cost triple or more in Australia. I paid 5000 Baht (just over $200AUD). Beautiful welcoming Sri I upon arrivals and a thorough questionnaire for me to explain any injuries, pains, surgical areas etc. I could even choose my own scent for the scrub and massage oil. I was taken to my own private treatment room where I enjoyed the most amazing body scrub, shower, herbal bath, Thai massage, Tok Sen massage, oil massage and facial. The facilities were clean, calm and serene. The service was simply outstanding from start to finish including the tea and mango sticky rice at the end. If you are looking for more than just a massage, but a true spa experience then Fah Lanna is the place to go!
Best massage and spa experience we’ve ever had! When we first arrived, we got asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire and to choose the aroma we wanted to have for our massage before it starts. For our 4 hour exotic package, we started with the masseuse washing our feet in warm water, followed by an incredibly relaxing body scrub. After the body scrub, we went into a hot milk bath for 30min to relax the body. The only feedback we would have on this is that 30min felt a little too long for both of us. However, we enjoyed our time relaxing there. After the milk bath was the Thai massage, Tok Sen traditional northern Thai massage, followed by a oil massage. I fell asleep halfway through these massages so I’m not too sure what they were doing at this point, but it had to be relaxing enough for me to completely pass out! Finally, the session ended with a facial and face massage. The whole session didn’t feel like 4 hours at all and our masseuses Gam and Pu did an incredible job. We were both so relaxed after! After the session we were treated to an absolutely delicious mango sticky rice dessert to end our session. I would go back just for this mango sticky rice alone! Incredibly clean and professional. We loved it here and would 100% go back if we weren’t leaving so soon. Thank you again Fah Lanna for the incredible experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone that comes to Chiang Mai!
I don't think this package worth the price. If one is only looking for a mediocre spa experience, this is fine but it's definitely not for people looking for some serious massage. The staff also failed to communicate my requested level of massage to the massage lady, who can't speak English.
