The tour time is about 2 hours from entering to leaving.
*The tour will be held with other customers, so even if you come early,

Participation conditions
・People who are healthy both physically and mentally
(Elderly people should be able to sit with their legs bent for about an hour and be able to paddle a kayak.)
・Those who are not pregnant
・If you are a minor, a parental signature is required. (Those under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate alone.)

*We ask our guests to paddle their own kayak, so for safety reasons, if the waves are high or the current is strong, we may not be able to go out on the lake. In that case, the tour will focus on the Chitose River. Because it is natural, we will charge a cancellation fee if you cannot go out to the lake. Please acknowledge it.
*If you are over 80kg, please let us know in advance as we may ask you to ride alone.
*If you weigh more than 100kg, we may not be able to prepare a dry suit, so please contact us in advance.
*You will need to provide your address information to participate in the activity. Please send us a separate message when making a reservation.
