Arrive at Garden City Helicopters and check in. You will be greeted by your pilot who will go through the various safety requirements for learning to fly the helicopter

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Christchurch, Christchurch, Canterbury Region, South Island

After a walk round of the helicopter and introduction to various features. You will hop into the pilots seat, buckle in and away you fly!

Duration: 30 minutes

Experience the thrill on the controls of the helicopter. You pilot will allow time for you to take a few photos on your experience.

On landing you and your pilot will reflect of your flying skills and more information can be obtained if you are interested to learn to fly for a hobby or for a new career.

• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Minimum height of 155cm applies
• Weight limitation of 120kg applies, you will be weighed on check in and must be under the limit to fly
• Dress code is smart casual, must wear covered shoes
• No additional passengers can be carried on this flight
• Flight will be carried out in an air zone over Canterbury that is the certified aircraft training area.
• Helicopter used is at our discretion
