DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE ARE FRAUDSTERS! I was tricked into buying tickets through this company thinking it was the official site for the Cordoba Mosque Cathedral and never received my tickets and paid triple the cost I would have paid at the door. After almost an hour I was finally able to get the tickets sent to me via Whats App on the day or our visit, but I went through considerable stress and our entry was delayed a full hour. I only bought them online because I was afraid it would be fully booked on the day of our visit if we waited. To make things worse, I just fell for it again buying Alhambra tickets! Nowhere on the site did it say My Top Tours and until I got my email saying my tickets weren't even confirmed and they needed to contact the actual vendor did I realize it was a scam like the Cordoba experience. I have reported it to my credit card company and have also found the official Alhambra site and the time I requested isn't even available. If they email me to say I have a confirmed entry I will report them for failure to deliver since I've confirmed there aren't tickets for the time I've selected. I've also read here that they change your entry time without your permission, which won't work for us, as we're on a schedule. I wish there was a way to shut companies like this down. Our tickets were more than double at 45 euro each when they are only 18 euro each on the official Alhambra ticket site. Total Fraud!

I was a terrible experience. We got the the site and we haven't yet received the entrances. Moreover there were 50% more expensive than in the site itself. The app for the audio guide never worked.

After a good experience with this company in Granada, I booked 2 activities with them in Cordoba. The 'Mosque-Cathedral with audio guide' tickets and guide hadn't arrived in the 24 hours before, so I emailed to ask for them. I got no response. So I called, but the call was cut off. I even tried web chat but there was no appropriate option for this issue so it went nowhere. When I complained, I got an email to say they had sent the tickets and attached a screen shot of the email. It had come from a random email address 'Dpto Reservas 4' and gone to Junk. So although I had checked my Junk folder, I had not recognised the sender as all other correspondence had come from Top Tour and there was nothing to tell me to look out for a different sender! When I asked why they hadn't responded to my email before the event to tell me this, I got no answer! I also booked a guided tour of the Acazar in Cordoba and the guide didn't turn up (I'll review this separately)

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY TICKETS! They are not official distributors and prices are three times more expensive! Costumer services is appalling and when you wish to cancel tickets, they charge you €15 per person admin frees! They are THIEVES! And they do not care! On their website it says flexible cancellations...what does this mean?!? ESTAFADORES!!!!! NO COMPREN NADA a esta empresa!
