Our Beach Yoga and Rock Climbing activity includes rock climbing at the sectors close to Plakias beach and a yoga session to finish the day at the beach. We provide belay and climbing technique lessons, if needed to beginner climbers, and guiding from licensed guide. Also the yoga session provides breathing exercises, stretching and meditation.
