Awful, the staff is very unfriendly when you ask for help or for drinks. They don’t speak englisch only german. There aren’t many seats available and when you ask for a seat they blow you off

Neben dem absolut erstaunlichem Wetter, angenehme 25 Grad und strahlender Sonnenschein, konnten wir während der abendlichen Panoramafahrt die Kulisse der Stadt Düsseldorf vom Rhein aus beobachten. Die Fahrt ging über anderthalb Stunden und es wurde unter anderem der Medienhafen, sowie das obere und untere Ende der Promenade angefahren. Zum Ende der Schifffahrt konnte man in der Dämmerung die Lichter der Promenade und des Fernsehturms bestaunen. Das Schiff war schön eingerichtet und man konnte sich Verpflegung zu angemessenen Preisen besorgen. Persönlich kann ich dieses Erlebnis nur weiterempfehlen, zumal das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist.
