    We were lucky enough to be the only people on this tour and Chris was able to devote all his time to us which he managed to do while also allowing us to have time on our own if we wanted. The tour was excellent all round with Larnach Castle both inside and outside in the garden a highlight. Chris was great company. He clearly knew the history and interesting facts about the places we visited and was able to present this in an interesting way while never tiring of our questions. I'd recommend this tour for anyone visiting Dunedin.

    Picked up directly from the cruise ship transfer in Port Chalmers. Good overview of Dunedin if your time is limited. Thank you to Chris for making the tour very enjoyable and informative. 🙂

    Chris, our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. We were a group of 6 from a cruise ship. Chris adapted the tour to accommodate our interests. At Larnach Castle, after taking us through the house, allowed us plenty of time to explore on our own. He had a knack for knowing exactly how much time to allow. It was truly a perfect day.

    We were collected at Port Chalmers cruise terminal by Chris, the owner of this tour company. There were 7 passengers in the van. We first went to Baldwin Street where we had time to climb to the top. We then visited Dunedin railway station. Next we headed to Larnach castle where Chris gave us a guided tour of the castle. We then had time to explore the grounds independently and have lunch. We returned to Dunedin via the Otago pensinsula and we stopped several times at scenic points for photo opportunities. Chris was very knowledgeable and a great guide. We thought this tour was very good value.
