Spend an incredible day exploring the natural beauty of K'gari (Fraser Island), seeing highlights such as Central Station, Wanggoolba Creek, Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek, 75 Mile Beach, The Pinnacles, and the Maheno shipwreck. The island is a natural treasure chest, with abundant animal and plant life on land, and dolphins, dugong, and humpback whales spotted offshore (seasonal). You’ll experience the island’s best on a full-day all-inclusive trip with an expert guide, with plenty of time to enjoy the pristine lakes, beaches, creeks and rainforest.

Following Queensland Government’s announcement easing travel restrictions in Queensland, K'gari Explorer Tours will operate daily departures from Hervey Bay and Thursday-Sunday from Rainbow Beach.

We've had an amazing day at Fraser Island. We've seen so many things on the island (and yet there are still so many left) and never felt the rush of the day schedule. Our tour guide Cam did a fantastic job and we really liked listening to all the stories and the things hw had to say. We even saw a wild dingo on our way back!

Amazing way to see the island! The tour covers so much but at the same time didn’t feel rushed. Wayne was our guide and was very knowledgeable and entertaining which I think made the trip!! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone travelling to Fraser Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Couldn’t recommend this trip enough. The places you visit are amazing, and made so much better by our guide Wayne. He had so much knowledge and you could tell he genuinely cared about the island and loved his job which was so lovely, not to mention he cracked a joke or two! Great day overall.

Good trip, great gear - the bus - solid 4x4 with large windows, air conditioning working well. Nice addition with the front camera and monitor to watch the track and what’s in front of us. Good guide and driver in one. Very clearly speaking, microphone and speakers used so the only difficulty was unfortunately the volume of the engine to be able to understand everything as English is not my native. Many information passed anyway, though quick pace but bear in mind that’s 1 day tour so not that much time. Each place on the list checked (including 2 Dingos spotted but that’s optional). Although if someone would like e.g to spend more time at the McKenzie lake which is great then needs to check the itinerary of the trip before choosing one.
