What Can You Expect?

We adjust to guest needs, we wait for them at the airport/port/hotel with a sign with their name so they can recognise the driver and then we start the service.

Our very polite italian man was waiting for us as we stepped of the cruise ship, the car was tidy and the room for 6 adults wasn't a problem even with 6 large bags. Just need to know why every italian driver thinks its ok to drive at 160kph all the time

Veda Bus is great to work with, they were waiting right by the port with a well marked sign and transported 2 groups of 6 together from Trieste to our hotel in Venice. When one of our passengers lost her passport in the van the driver immediately turned around and brought it back to the hotel. Quickly remedied a very stressful situation.

Damjan stayed in contact with us and answered my email questions in a very timely manner. He was there early as we had a tight connection at the Venice Airport. For those who need an efficient method of transfer from the cruise terminal to the airport, this is the best and easiest way. Damjan was a delightful driver and accommodated all our special requests and helped with all the luggage. Highly recommend.

Avoid this company, as after paying for an expensive Mercedes Van we were send an old Slovenian taxi. There was no advice of this change before pickup. After multiple unanswered messages they did finally reply saying the change was due to traffic issue, but I'm not sure we believe this as the taxi driver had a pre-printed sign and pre arranged documents so had obviously been allocated some time before (rather than a last minute change). Whilst they did refund the full cost of the transfer (which we were grateful for and not expecting) I got the feeling had we not complained they'd have just let it go with no comment. If you book an expensive Mercedes Van transfer which is described as a "brand new" van you can't send an old Taxi instead and not advise beforehand. Had they messaged before pick up and explained the issue we would have had no issue but this felt like a 'bait and switch'. We booked this service specifically due to mobility issues and needed a Van, instead we had to squeeze into a taxi and now have a bad back ruining the rest of our time.
