I don’t want this to impact negatively on our host who was great but at £500 for a family of four this whole experience had to blow us away and I should have known this was very unlikely based on the what was on offer. If this was £250 this would have seemed expensive. This was in a small apartment, it was really hot (not the host’s fault or the companies), there was no room for four of us two adults and two children in the tiny kitchen to do anything but watch when I was hoping the boys could have actually learnt to do some of it. Children older than 8 were charged full price at almost £130! What is that about. I got the impression that this woman wasn’t a pizza expert, although the pizza was delicious I am not sure it was a classic Italian pizza. Pasta would be better but she had no space to make pasta either. They would be much better using a proper kitchen set in a historic building where there was some proper space to do this and having 10 people at £75 per person and half price for kids. Cesarine I would like a refund of at least 50% for this experience!
