Best place to surf in Gili! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try it!! Great teachers and so nice guys working there, we had so much fun with them and while surfing!
It was my first time and I had a great time. My instructor was great, so nice and patient. I totally recommend it. Great way to start your day and try something new!
My friend and I are both beginners and we got a surf lesson from instructor Onee. He helped us a lot, also with paddling when we got tired. We both caught quite a few waves which was amazing. The whole team is very friendly and we had a lot of fun with them! I would really recommend this place!
I was recommended Sunny’s surf school from our accommodation and it lived up to expectation. Sunny is a great coach and all the guys that work there are friendly and helpful. I’ll miss being towed out back when I’m tired from paddling! I’d 1000% recommend and hope to be back one day soon..
Not as friendly as I thought (or at least not as it was written in the review). I sensed that the people there were not welcome with a local even though I paid the same price as other tourists. The instructor finished the lesson 30 minutes earlier than expected (he was good btw). 1hr 30mins surfing lesson for $50 without any proper changing clothes/shower/water etc. is too much. You also need to pay almost $15 for photos. You can get better quality in Bali for only $20, including photos.
