    Went with the Comfort Flight with 16 people per basket, was quoted €245 when I enquired in July, by the time I wish to book at the end of August, they decide to increase it to €280, of course cannot say I’m happy about this. Had so much grief with payment, they provided an online link to provide credit card details but the link didn't work. After arriving Cappadocia, I whatsapp’ed them to make sure I still have my spot and they insisted that I have to go to their office to pay a day before the flight, which was extremely inconvenient. I was staying in in Çavuşin and have booked a day tour, I explained my situation but they still kept insisting I have to go to their office to pay a day before the flight, actually suggested that I should ask the tour driver to take me to their office, which made no sense whatsover! At the end I had to order a taxi very early in the morning, go to their office, pay and then taxi straight back to my hotel, only had 20 mins to have breakfast before the tour driver came, all this unnecessary stress because of their lack of capability to take online payment and unwillingness to be flexible. Transfer, breakfast, flight itself, length of flight, safety, all the post flight champagne / certificate, no problem with any and all went smoothly. For 16-person basket, there are 4-person in each section which is quite crammed. But why such low rating? The biggest problem lies with their take-off spot, it was far from where most other hot air balloons take off and because of this, there was not a single moment when we were surrounded by other hot air balloons, we were on the edge so other hot air balloons were always on one side. The pilot did keep turning the balloon around so everyone had chances to get the nice views but this wouldn't be necessary if they had a better takeoff spot. Also a lot of other hot air balloons will fly over interesting places like Goreme town or even go lower down Love Valley, it did not happen on my flight, we flew over barren land and it was boring. Furthermore, the pilot mentioned a video during flight so I asked over whatsapp afterwards and was told to email. Emailed, no reply, emailed again, no reply, whatsapp’ed then finally got a reply asking whether I had paid for the video. Well, no one ever mentioned anything about the option of purchasing a video. I replied within 5 mins asking how I can purchase the video then, again NO REPLY. Whatsapp’ed again and finally found out there were problems with the video, disappointing but the staff should at the very least have the decency to reply and give an honest answer rather than just ignore emails. Did get a hot air balloon flight, but cannot say it was a good experience and certainly will not recommend them.

    100% recommended. The team is super friendly and the trip super safe and impressive. We had breakfast before the take off and all the details of the flight were explained during the flight. Incredible experience

    It was our first hot air balloon experience and it was the best as it exceeded our expectation! Ground transport pick up was on time, brought us to their office for registration and light breakfast. Staff was friendly and hospitable - I requested for a little surprise for my friend who celebrated her birthday that day and they prepared a nice cake for her! Polat (pilot) and Mohammed (co-pilot) were the best and provided a safe flight & landing which made it an enjoyable experience for us. Watching the sunrise while riding the hot air balloon was a precious moment. Highly recommended and would book them again the next time I visit Cappadocia!
