This w Our first stop will be St. Simeon's Church in Pasabag, the winery inside the fairy chimneyinery is not only carved inside a rock mass, but inside a fairy chimney.

Turasan Wine Factory in Ürgüp, where the first tasting will be held. After going on a magical journey in the rock cellars of the factory, we will Taste 3 Types of Local Wine. The wines produced by this factory, which is one of the most important wine production centers in Turkey, received awards in many national and international competitions.

Stop At: Red Valley, Nevsehir Ortahisar, Nevsehir 50650 Turkiye

Red Valley, you will start with a 1.5 km trekking hike into the Valley and Grape Church will meet you 300 meters later. Grape Church (Üzümlü Kilise / St. Nichitas Church) is a cave church is set in a singular fairy chimney in Red Valley. The single nave church has beautiful floral frescos and a stunning natural context. Cross Church (Haçlı Kilise) in Red Valley is a cave church featuring a splendid stone cross on the ceiling and a fully painted apse. With an amazing apse scene, a monumental ceiling relief, and a stunning view of Red Valley is one of Cappadocia’s best churches to visit.

Stop At: Pigeon Valley, Uchisar KasabasI Nevşehir Kapadokya, Goreme 50240 Turkiye

Lastly Pigeon Valley with the spectacular views of the dovecotes and Uchisar Castle. The pigeon eggs were used as filling material for the frescos in the 9th century, as well as their fertilizers are used at the region’s grape-yards and farms to obtain extremely productive crops. Thus, this is the source of Cappadocia’s delicious grapes and wine-making tradition.
