What Can You Expect?

One day before your departure:

STEP 1: Our customer service team will recommend the departure time from the hotel based on the estimated departure time of your flight. Typically, for international flights, it is recommended to depart from the hotel 4 hours in advance, and for domestic flights, it is recommended to depart 3 hours in advance.

STEP 2: Our customer service team will leave a message to you through the Viator platform to confirm the hotel departure time and provide you with information about the driver and vehicle.(includs information below：
• Driver’s name
• Driver’s photo
• Driver’s contact Number
• Vehicle’s plate Number
• Vehicle’s branding

On the departure day:

STEP 3: The driver will arrive at the hotel 15 minutes earlier than the agreed departure time. Our customer service team will notify you that the driver is ready to depart.

STEP 4: The driver will be waiting at the hotel entrance with a pick-up sign displaying your name and our company logo.

STEP 5: The driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure that you arrive at the airport departure level on time in a clean and comfortable vehicle.

STEP 6: The journey from the hotel to the airport takes approximately 1 hour by car.
