For A/H ( airport to hotel) 

The driver will meet you at the exit of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time is 1 hour after one hour of the actual arrival time. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided. 

For H/A ( hotel to Airport)

The meet place is in hotel lobby. The driver will take your name tab. The pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flight. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.

• Tips are not included, these are at your discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this time you need pay extra charge to the driver which is USD6/30 min or the the vehicle will be released.

• If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• **If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.**
• **If your pick up/drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.**
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.Show less

Pickup Details

China Pleasur Tour's Professional Driver will waiting you 1 hour for free. The start time is one hour after your actual landing time in order to give you 2 hours time to pass all Customers Pass and get your luggages. So don't worry. Please call us if you need more time to pass all these airport procedures. After two hours free waiting time, the added time is every 30 mintues $6 you can pay to the driver directly. (not enough 30 min will calculate as 30 Min. ) Please note the price is for single trip private transfer, not for round trip. For A-H: the meeting hall of the arriving exit.  For H-A: the hotel lobby.
