The Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experiences showcases the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. A culinary tour like no other, you will see our skilled local divers harvest & prepare for you world-class seafood - each of whom have years of experience in the fishing industry.

Please note that we require a minimum of 4 adults to run our charters. If your group is less than this, please contact us directly and we will add you to our waitlist.

What Can You Expect?

The freshest wild seafood caught and cooked before your eyes!

Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world.

Join us on our of luxury two story catamaran "Cuttlefish" and come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the vessel from our interactive cook station.

Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses. Venturing south to Bull Bay on Bruny Island our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board. You will also feast on live Tasmanian Blacklip abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic Salmon & mussels.

    Amazing, amazing, amazing experience. You will not regret booking this tour. Everything was exceptional - the customer service, the quality of the food, the knowledge of everyone on board and the spectacular views. All the crew were also fantastic with the younger kids in our group, answering all their questions and letting them handle some sea creatures. For my family this isn't a once in a lifetime tour because we already want to book again!

    We joined this tour towards the end of our Tasmania road trip. We have had amazing seafood along the way so I wasn’t sure how this tour can top it but man, this was a bomb! We were blessed with perfect weather and the ride was absolutely beautiful. The crew are nice and knowledgable. They prepared so much seafood in so many different ways you are bound to leave the boat with a huge tummy. I would go so far as to say that this tour along is worth a trip to Tasmania. In fact, we have been talking about coming to Tasmania again because of this tour. Easily the highlight of our trip. The price tag may look scary but don’t let that hinder you from joining. It was worth every single penny.

    Exceptional - everyone needs to do this trip when you visit Hobart Thanks to Nick, Shane, Diver Dan and Kate. Food was amazing you couldn’t get any fresher. From the moment you climb on board you are waited on. Food was prepared and served all day. Loved the fruit boards and apple pie. Just the right amount of people. A highlight of our trip to Hobart.

    The experience was absolutely amazing. The 4.5 hours cruise went by so fast when we were caught in such well-prepared non-stop seafood feasts. One minute we were checking on the seafood being prepared by the crew, next minute dolphins were spotted, then sea seals... Captain Dan together with Dave and Ruby have done a fantastic job professionally under a friendly atmosphere. It's an unforgettable time. Thank you all :)

    Do not miss this tour. It is exceptional. If you love seafood , you will not be disappointed. Abalone, oysters , Sea Urchin. Periwinkles, Salmon, Lobster and yummy cake , washed down by the beverage of your choice. We had a gorgeous sunny day with only a light breeze, perfect weather. Do not have breakfast before this day out because there is so much food to be consumed. Shane and Nathan and Will were very informative about what was being served raw and cooked. Shane our Captain and also our diver was able to provide a lot of information about each menu item, even diving off the boat and collecting sea urchin and perwinkles off the ocean bed. Nathan was cooking most of the food in front of us and Will seemlessly ensured everyone was comfortable and had drinks in hand all day. If that was not enough, we finally had fabulous apple cake (julies mum's recipe) I would highly recommend this day out as the best tour I have been on in years.
