Passengers are picked up from their hotel or Resort designated shuttles pick up area* at least 3 hours prior to their flight departure time and dropped off at their airline.

  • Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
  • There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.
  • Wheelchair collapsible accessible, please advise at time of booking.

We got our dates mixed up and they were helpful to still assist us. We were picked up by a friendly driver and taken to our hotel safely.

Was researching which shuttle service to use this year and remembered we went with VIP in 2014 and they were excellent. The courtesy phone at arrivals wasn't working but we asked at the group tours pickup location and they advised VIP were on their way. Shortly after there was a VIP rep with my name on a board. Efficient trip to our hotel. Return was even better, went out the front of hotel to wait and VIP lady was already there, 15 minutes early! Lovely lady, wish I'd gotten her name. Great service and well priced compared to others. And the email information was very good. Will use VIP again.

Pickup from the airport was a little confusing as we were not provided a prearranged pickup location, but once we met up with our driver he was very professional and courteous The pickup from hotel back to airport, the driver was also professional but dropped us off at the wrong terminal. It was very frustrating as we had a few bags and had to rent a luggage cart for the walk to correct terminal.

upon arrival into oahu the company was very prompt and occomodating with us having a delayed flight. on the return when leaving wasn't the same, the driver was an hour late, the hotel had to call twice to find out their ETA.

Driver did not know where Prince Edward street was; Still wad fast for night drive. Still gave tip. Ac wad cold!
