We visited Pamukkale for the first time. It was an incredibly ancient city with a rich historical background. Exploring Hierapolis in Pamukkale was a truly immersive experience that vividly portrayed history. Walking through the well-preserved ruins, including the theatre, necropolis, and Roman baths, provided insights into the daily life of the ancient residents. The guide was highly informative, and the lunch was delightful. The bus had air conditioning, making the overall experience quite enjoyable.

Excellent tour guide and efficient, friendly drivers--Adam who picked us up at our Izmir hotel was a lovely host to us as we waited for our tour group to pick us up near Selcuk. A brief unexpected stop at an auto shop caused a somewhat rushed experience, but our tour guide, enthused about Turkiye, entertained us through a lively presentation during our wait. The unexpected stop at the onyx shop was mercifully brief, the tourist luncheon buffet was better than average and the 3 hour visit to Hieropolis and Pamukkale went quickly. We swam in the healing waters and focused largely on the unique, beautiful travertine crystal waters. We didn't have much time to explore the ruins in this quick trip, but if one has seen Roman ruins at Efes or Aspendos or other more preserved sites, Hieropolis' structures weren't much to look at. It would have helped to know at the outset of the trip that of the 13 1/2 hours we spent on this tour, that fully 8 1/2 hours were spent in a moving vehicle! If we had known this, we may not have attempted it. However, the Turkish countryside is lovely viewing, and the tour drivers and guides did a great job of keeping us entertained and interested.

The guide was a really nice guy, all together it was a nice experience but not so well organised with the pickup from the hotels. We arrived late and visited as first the onix shop, when we all would preferred spending more time in pamukkale/hierapolis site. As all the tour, the time is short so you have the constant feelings of running.

Great tour, spent almost three hours at pammakulle, We also spent some time at the cleopatras pool. Perhaps if you want to spend more time at the white pool terraces (which is the main reason for visiting), you could skip the pool. The tour guide was very friendly and we had enough breaks along the way. Although nearly a 4 hour ride each way, it was not too tiring.
