On this incredible tour of Kauai, you’ll experience views so beautiful they will take your breath away. Explore the stunning Manawaiopuna Falls, also known as “Jurassic Park” falls, wedged in between the emerald green mountain top of the Hanapepe Valley. Soar over the amazing views of the Olokele Canyon and majestic Waimea Canyon. Waimea canyon is also know as the the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific,” where you’ll catch sight of dozens of cascading waterfalls including the 2000-foot Waipo’o falls. Then on to the sacred Napali Coast with its 3500-foot seacliffs plummetting into the vast Pacific ocean. Along the Napali coast you will fly into the secret valleys of Nualolo and Kalalau valley with there amazing landscape. On to Kauai’s magical North Shore which reveals the sculpted green Hanalei Valley with more waterfalls than you can count. Last but not least the pilot will take you to the Wai'ale'ale crater with the "Wall of Tears" A dormant shield Volcano which receives 500" of rainfall.

    Stuart was an amazing pilot and the views were incredible! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sky vantage point of the canyons, Na Pali coast, and tons of waterfalls!!

    Absolutely breath- taking! Special thanks to Felipe our pilot for his flying expertise, attention to safety and detailed information about what we were seeing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the private flight and the openness of the vistas. The synchronized music track created an amazing emotional response to the incredible sights.

    Both my husband and I agree that the private doors off helicopter tour with Ali’i Kauai Air Tours & Charters was the highlight of our first trip to beautiful Kauai! My fear and uncertainty was eliminated immediately by the amazing staff at check- in and the competence and experience of the pilot. The flight is so smooth and the scenery spectacular! We could not have had a better time experiencing the amazing Na Pali Coast! Everyone must take this tour!

    What an amazing helicopter tour of Kauai-highly recommend this doors off tour! The check in was smooth and waiting area comfortable. Received a safety briefing before we went out to the helicopter and a second one by Guy, our pilot, before we boarded the helicopter. Guy was amazing, felt very safe with him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and he’s been flying for over 40 years-so you are in good hands. The tour had music to accompany the information about what we were seeing from Guy. I was a little hesitant about the doors off aspect but it was not nearly as windy or cold as I was expecting. We even flew through some rain but didn’t get wet at all! Just make sure you braid or corral your hair securely if you have long hair! My husband is 6’5” and he fit in the rear passenger seat, so there is plenty of room! The views of the canyons, waterfalls, and coastline are stunning! Just do it!!

    This was such an amazing tour and experience. We were able to see all the major island destinations including the Waimea Canyon and the Nā Pali Coast. Doors off was certainly the way to go on this one. We were able to see the whole island up close and without a window between us. Our pilot was helpful and knowledgeable, going through safety procedures before hand and offering constant information on various spots along the route. I would recommend a long sleeve cover as it got windy and chilly.
