Overview

Our boat is a newly launched (2023) Twin Vee "power catamaran". A catamaran's dual-hull design was made for sailing even the choppiest of seas, absorbing waves much better than traditional boats. The Great Florida Reef is up to 6 miles off the coast and can experience moderate waves so you will want the ride out to be as comfortable as possible. And it's larger swim platform/ladder makes snorkeling far easier for kids, seniors, and larger adults alike.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Let you and your family experience the wonder of our coral reef within John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Board our new 2023 power catamaran and travel 1/2 HOUR first through lush mangrove forests before traversing several miles of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and our snorkel destination. Choose between one and possibly 2 reefs: Molasses, White Bank, Grecian Rocks, French Reef, Cannon Patch or Dry Rocks/Christ of the Deep and enjoy at least ONE hour in this remarkable underwater paradise.

Captain Jeff was amazing. Super accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! He had everything we needed and took us to a beautiful reef with so many fish to see! He even let our dog accompany us on the trip.

Captain Jeff was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our group was enjoying our time. He was so accommodating and allowed for us to personalize the options for snorkeling and sandbar time. We saw so many different fish and even sea turtles! He also took the time to make sure all of our gear was fitted to each of us for an even better snorkel experience. If you book any type of charter with Captain Jeff you will be happy you did!

We had an amazing time out with Jeff! He took us to two amazing reefs!! They were magical! Jeff had everything needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you have a great experience. Jeff has great communication. We had to reschedule due to weather and he stayed in touch with us throughout the week. Our trip out with Jeff was definitely a highlight of our Key Largo vacation. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely go out with Jeff again.

Our family went to Key Largo over spring break, have kids ranging from 7-17, and it was such a blessing meeting Captain Jeff and it made our trip. We went kayaking one day and took a private snorkeling trip another day. He was on top of weather to schedule the best day for each activity. Great communicator and he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. His knowledge of the keys is amazing and I was so appreciative about how safety was a number one factor. We will be back to the keys and will definitely schedule with Captain Jeff.
