Welcome to the Samui cooking school, there’s no better way to get to know a country's culture than through its cuisine. During this class, you’ll get a hands-on understanding of Thai cooking as you’re encouraged to taste, smell, and touch the raw produce whilst learning how to balance spices and herbs within your dishes.
