Itinerary
Morning Yoga Session
08.00 – 09.15
During our morning session, we combine Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, for detox and de-stress, as well as Yoga Nidra techniques, in order to deepen our connection with our inner self. We mainly focus on our breath (Pranayama) and our center and chakras, in order to improve our mindfulness; the ability and the great gift of living in the moment.
Evening Yoga Session
18.00 – 19.15
During our evening session, we will find our center and feel the earthing. We will begin with Pranayama (breathing exercises), joint loosening exercises, asanas (physical postures) and we will close with savasana (rest and relaxation). The day’s end will find us calm and peaceful.
