Chandra is an absolute gem of a tour guide. He was so passionate and took very careful attention in making the tour amazing for us. The food locations he showed us were some of the most delicious we’ve had. A must-do experience if you come to KL.

I had just 1 day to spend in Kuala Lumpur and so I planned to take this trip with a private chauffeur cum guide. Mr. Mani my chauffeur cum guide was a very decent, interesting and knowledgeable person. I was a solo traveller and so he kept me entertained and also provided me with a lot of insights of the sightseeing places he took me to. The trip however costed me a lot of money which I felt was overly charged and not worth of what I experienced. Most of the time is spent on the road travelling from one state to another and we also reached very late to the Silver Monkey where the entry gate was closed. I would recommend people to not take this trip since it is not worth it at all. My only memory of this trip would be the Batu Cave and Firefly. Rest was a waste of my money and time.

It was a great tour, have seen lots of places and animals. Especially Batu cave, the monkeys, and the fireflies were amazing and a highlight. Our driver was very kind and caring. We really felt save during our ride and learned a lot about the country. The local food was excellent, taking the prawns is highly recommended. The only drawback was the Elephant sanctuary, which was quite disappointing as we did not understand anything during the show although they seem to have translated into English. However, this cannot be blamed on the tour operator.

We had already visited Batu Caves, so our tour guide made adjustments and we did a few other stops that were great. We really enjoyed getting out of KL, and seeing the batik shop, spur of the moment night market, and of course the elephants were a highlight. Our driver was very knowledgeable and very nice. Our family of 4 had a great time. We wish we had spent more time out of the city in general, but this trip is good if you don’t have a lot of time. The fireflies were incredible and the unexpected stop in an alley full of murals was such a treat.

Positives first: the fireflies were the most memorable part of this epic trip because it is a natural and magical phenomenon. So perfectly beautiful to see the lights from these little bugs twinkle like fairies to the sound of the mosque in the distance as we silently floated down the river. Mosquito repellent is a must. The elephants were lovely and we loved feeding them. We were worried about watching an elephant 'show' however it was not elephants doing tricks they demonstrated how they can do thinks like move objects with their trunks as part of their exercise. They did appear to be well looked after. The deer park was a waste of time,we would have preferred to have spent more time with the elephants. Whilst the Batu caves were spectacular,we were completely shocked and appalled by the amount of rubbish piling up and attracting flies.rats and monkeys. There was a huge bazarre/market surrounding them, but sadly we didn't feel it was clean enough for us to try any of the food or drink on offer due to the dirt and smell. What a shame that somewhere so sacred was not cared for by the people visiting it. The monkeys were amusing. We expected to be part of a coach group but we're pleasantly surprised when it was just us collected on a car by our guide Segar, who was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional.thank you Segar
