Driver failed to arrive to take us to airport after 1.5 hrs of lies and excuses we cancelled and used hotel taxi at extra cost to us. After waiting 40 minutes for driver on arrival in KL this has put us off using this service on next visit

Ride was comfortable and on time however the driver took off before we were properly seated and vehicle had no seatbelts.
