I had two tickets booked on La Vacanza Travel website. Those were shuttle from Kuala Lumpur to Taman negará and back the next day. First way I was not on the list of people who reserved trip so in the bus there were not enough space, but eventually we arrived with Pan Pacific to Taman negará jungle. The way back was much worse. I asked for contact the driver, didn’t get that but he made me sure that the bus will go back with exactly the same place that we arrived next day 1:30pm. Me, and other passenger were waiting from before 1pm and the bus didn’t show up. We were stuck in Taman negará, about to miss our flight from kuala lumpur, without any contact from Pan Pacific and without help of support of La Vacanza Travel. Support of La Vacanza Travel didn’t answer directly for any of my questions, they were just copy paste me information from the offer that I booked. I was requesting number to the pan pacific company for half an hour before getting it. Terrible experience!!! Eventually we had to go back with different transportation.
