Our cooking classes offers an engaging combination of a market tour and hands-on cooking lessons.
Classes begin with a Market Tour at 8:30 AM and conclude at 2 PM. If you prefer not to participate in the Market Tour, you have the option to opt out.
Each day of the week offers a unique ethnic menu, with in-depth explanations of ingredients and cooking techniques.
During the class, participants have the chance to create their own 3-course lunch, typically consisting of an appetiser, main course and dessert.

• Tuesday: Baba Nyonya - Roti Jala, Kapitan Chicken Curry & Onde Onde
• Wednesday: Street Food - Mee Goreng Mamak, Fried Spring Roll, Sweet Chili Sauce, Kueh Koci & Basic Chili Paste
• Thursday: Malaysian Delight - Char Kway Teow, Otak Otak, Apam Balek & Basic Chili Paste
• Friday: Southern Favourites - Curry Laksa, Kueh Cara Berlauk, Kueh Ketayap & Basic Chili Paste
• Saturday: National Pride - Nasi Lemak & Condiments, Sambal Nasi Lemak, Chicken Rendang, Sago Puddin & Basic Chili Paste
