The tour guide was a nice lady that picked me up on time, she was very nice and decided to take me to the temples first which was a nice experience. I was staying at a hotel next tl the petronas and the pick up was 8 am so we could go to the petronas first, but she decided to take me to the temples and after that around 12 pm to the petronas, i thought she had the tickets in advance since this is a Petronas tour and she could have bought them online when i booked the tour. But no, she didn’t have the tickets and when we got to the petronas very late in the day there were no tickets, which she knew that would happen. Instead she took me to the KL tower which is cheaper. So they scam you saying that you will go to the petronas but they will take you to KL so they can save money because tickets are cheaper there, but still charge you for the petronas. They charged me for lunch which was included and the tour lasted less than 6 hours. They also charged me 205 usd which was a total rip off. Be aware and don’t take this tour.

Alan was a great driver and answered all my questions about the various sites we visited along the way. This is the way to see KL, with no tour group pushing you along. Alan let us wander as we pleased or come back to the car early if we wanted. Very flexible, much more than the schedule above would indicate. Pro tip: book this tour early to give the operator time to get Twin Towers tickets. A delightful day and ask for Alan to be your driver.
